SoapException during service request

Hi Everyone,

I have a web service, running perfectly all the time but once in awhile during client request its returning exception as below. I have gone through many blogs and solutions, none can solve this issue. Thanks in advance for helping.

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. --> File or assembly name tl6q9so1.dll, or one of its dependencies, was not found.
at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtoc ol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall)
at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtoc ol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters)
at Mc2.WebServiceModule.CTIWebService.CTI_WS.SendMess age(String strMessage) in D:\CK\Mc2\Mc2.WebServiceModule\Web References\CTIWebService\Reference.cs:line 78
at Mc2.WebServiceModule.HostConnection.WebServiceConn ection.sendMessage(IWebServiceData requestData, Int32 resendCount) in D:\CK\Mc2\Mc2.WebServiceModule\HostConnection\WebS erviceConnection.cs:line 330
