How do I display M power 2..?

You need to be a lot more specific about what sort of display - I assume you have something graphical, not just a plain text box. Although, even there, you can use the unicode code-point U+00B2, "SUPERSCRIPT TWO", which is in the "Latin-1 Supplement" code block.

Only two and three are in the "Latin-1 Supplement" code block. The other superscript digits are in the "Superscripts and Subscripts" code block.
