The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine

Hello All

I am getting this error while executing an app in c#.net
writting XL file values in to database.

The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine

My laptop config
is 1)64-bit windows 7 HomeBasic OS
2) It threw a message while installing AccessDatabaseEngine_x64 to uninstall MSofice 2007 it is 32 bit one. and also installed AccessDatabaseEngine for 32 bit I need to fix this error.
