How to get the HTML client id generated by MVC in the controller when posting?

MVC 3.

I have a View that displays a collection of a Model using the Html.BeginCollectionItem helper.
When the page is rendered the ids of the objects look something like this:


I would like to get this for some specific validation purposes in the Controller when the data posted is received, specifically the part I'm looking for is , for example, car[8abde400-b544-49df-b00e-e2462838ec96] and car[3a58e517-fc4e-4b36-bf63-a7812f8b7cb5].
