Connecting Asp.net application to Tally using RTS dll

hi,
I have downloaded RTS setup file and Tally 9.0 is on my machine,i am tring to connect my appliction to Tally but there is error sever not found is thr any connection string to connect Asp data to tally using RTS dll?
