threadsafe hashtable

Hi All
i want to know whether hashtable is threadsafe or not if not then how to make it threadsafe using c#.i have requirement wherein i need to make array of threads and ensure that deadlock couldnot be occur, again i need to add key/values to hashtable for each thread.how to do in windows form.

If you're using .NET 4.0 then the HashTable is indeed thread safe.
