DataGridComboBox

I have two ComboBoxes in a DataGrid adjacent to one another..One combobox has OIDs and the other one has the description for that OIDS..now I want my second Combobox Items(Description of the OIDs) to be change at run time with respect to the OID selected in the first Combobox..Is it possible??How?
