Enter key does not works as tab key

Dear friends,
Happy tuesday,i have been tring to solve my problem i cound not solve my problem is below. Would you help me please to solve this issue
i want to set tabkey=enter key on my webform, i used 20 texboxs so i wish to set when client press tab or enter he can move from one textbox to next text box it works when i give "CausesValidation="True" but after CausesValidation="True" then Textbox textchanged event does not fire, if I do CausesValidation="False" Textbox textchanged event does fire but tabkey and enter key both are not working only mouse click is working
when i use this scirpt <body onkeydown="javascript:if(window.event.keyCode == 13) window.event.keyCode = 9;">for tabkey=enterkey , it works when i check without add anything in text box when i want to write any thing in text box so i can not write anything in text box so please help to solve this problem "i will appreciate your reply.
