Save changes from datagrid to same access table

dear sir
i am new to vb.net, i am using visual studio 2010 academic version and ms access 2007 .I have draged textboxes and a datagrid to win form and able to insert/delete textbox inputs into datagrid . i would like to know it it possible to save the changes in the same access table?
i know connecting ms access, running sql statement using wizard only and creating dataset .I will appreciate if someone point me to right direction
