Reading IP data from a dial up connection through USB

Hi,

I am trying to design a program that reads IP data from a Dial up connection that establishes when i connect my mobile phone to the PC through USB. I need to read IP data from the dial up connection. I need the IP packet as a normal packet without changing any IP,TCP,UDP headers. Please if anybody can help me out with this issue. I am not sure how I can read IP data from the mobile device through the PC when it forms a dial up Connection.

Best Regards
Akif
