how to activate lostfocus in asp.net.where i implement my coding

hi...
we have a lost focus in VB.NET ,i need the lost focus in .net ,i have two textbox ,and one button,in the first textbox i enter one value,if i press tab ,in the second textbox automatically calculate i.e eg:multiply by 2 or something ,i need the value of second txtbox after i pressing the tab or enter
