memory reference error in .net

i am working on visual studio 2005 and my project is running good but whenever i open my webforms to modify them my system shows memory reference error can't read
i am using windows xp sp3 service pack
2 GB memory
250 GB HD
All other applications are running perfectly.
2 times laptop is formatted then also this problem comes and vanish after few days again shows.............
suggest me what to do its urgent................
