Update value of a cell while changing value of another column cell in same datagrid

sir
i use a datagrid view control in vb.net 2005 to display price of products and discount on those particular products so while i type the discount of those products i need to calculate the price of that product after calculating the discount. The value of calculated price after discount is shown in another column .

Now iam not able to change the value of calculated price after discount column while i type the discount value in the discount column.

Please help how to do

Thankz...............

You would do this calculation/change during when you Update the row....when the user clicks the button (or link button) that is used to update the row after the changes have been made.
