how to make a the page a location specific in ASP.NET?

Hi Frnds, iam a fresher in ASP.Net and recently i got to do this job... currently iam working on my company website where i have a requirement like... when user opens the website from USA, the logo, navigation and home page content should be different from the actual one, and if the user opens the website from the home country then there should be no change, it should be the same design same navigation and same logo by default...

frnds please help me in this as iam a fresher i dont even know in it comes in which topic of ASP.NET.
