Underlined text in <TEXTPATH> (VML)?

Hi all,

I can't seem to get underlined text to work with the <TEXTPATH> tag
(see snippet below). According to Micrsoft you should just be able to
add "text-decoration:underline" to the style attribute but it doesn't
underline. Can someone help?

ps using <TEXTPATH> is a prerequisite.
