XQJ interfaces

Is there a place where I can get those interfaces so that I can write
my own implementation.

Like java Sdk provides the java.sql package, is the javax.xml.xquery
package available somewhere?

Or Do i need to write my own interfaces using the package names?
Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks
Irfan
