Get all referenced assemblies

Hi There
I want to get all referenced assembly of a Project.While googling I found two way of doing this...
1)Assembly.GetEntryAssembly().GetReferencedAssembl y()
but problem with that it returns a coolection of type AssemblyName,but I want collection of type Assembly
2)AppDomain.CurrentDomain.GetAssemblies()
But It returns all assembly where that are referenced in code or not...

Now I want a list of Assemblies that are referenced only...

Please Help...
