Some System.Net.PeerToPeer questions...

I have several questions:

1) Can I find other peer (I don't know his/her PNRP and / or IP address, using some sort of tags or something like that (searching for peer using given data. For example: I am searching for "MyApplicationUser" and I should get IP address(es) of the users). Also, there are no unique "index" server.

2) How to define group of peers on the internet and easily find that group.

3) How to register peer on the internet so my application could find him/her.

4) One or more samples from professional would be awesome... I hope...

My main aim is to create serverless and "index"serverless multiplayer game which would be totaly free for players and totaly free for me.

I think cloud computing could afford me that.
Correct me, if it can't... Or give me other solution...

Thanks.
