Microsoft Certification are way of testing your knowledge and not your memory. Using dumps and other material to pass is not going to do you any good. It would be better if you can study the course material from books and online sources. And also make sample applications.
Finally I would also recommend looking at 3.5 certification. Answering 2.0 exams wont be of much help now.
