64-bit com wrapper for .NET framework

hi,

I am using regasm.exe to register .net assembly in order to call it from unmanaged code. It works well in 32-bit, but it doesn't work if it is regasm'ed on 64-bit OS. What might be wrong? Please share insight.

Thanks!
Jay
