Rolling File Appending logging in .Net 1.1

Hi,
I am developing a windows service for FTP communication.
This service will be installed in WindowsXPe environment where spaces is abt 2GB. i want to implement rolling file appender logging.
I tried Log4net i am getting problems.
Please suggest if i can use some other logging
