Outlook Addin problem: disable Outlook send button

I am working on Outlook Addin developed in C# and VS-2008. In this we are having our own custom form .oft
On this form we have our custom “Send” button on click event of it our processing continues.

Now the problem we are facing is we want to disable or hide the built-in send button of Outlook on the Ribbon. Also we want to disable or hide some groups in the Tabs on Ribbon.

We have tried to do this by using custom Ribbon class implementing
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Office.Core.IRibbonExtensibility interface.
  2. In ThisAddin file we have written the following method:
  3. protected override Microsoft.Office.Core.IRibbonExtensibility CreateRibbonExtensibilityObject()
  4. {
  5.     return new Ribbon();
  7. }
In Ribbon class the xml file is referenced which disable the particular groups from ribbon tab.
But this is applied to all the new mail items not only to my custom form.
Attached is image of my oft .

Thanks in advance.

The thumbnail is so small that the detail cannot be made out. Can you put a fullsize image up someplace for us to see?

I'm not sure how you think a new ribbon is going to affect the existing ribbon. Does anyone else do a lot with overriding Office controls like this?

Actually the attached image is just a screenshot of our custom form in which I tried to show the our own "Send" button below in the form on clicking of which all processing will be done and on top in red circle the in built "Send" button which I want to hide/disable.

Just want hide/disable this in built "Send" button and some groups under tabs in outlook ribbon for our form only.
For this we tried to create the ribbon. It was not the requirement that we need to create a new ribbon and if we create one it will appear for all default outlook mail items while creating New mail or replying or forwarding.

Just let me know is there any other way to achieve it.
