Reading XML via a URL in VB.NET

Hello, I am a bit stuck I have a URL which produces an XML document in the browser. I need to some how get the document into an XML object. I have looked into the XML document object and now the XML text reader problem is every time it tries to read i get the following error message...

The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectedly.

If i do a response.redirect it brings up the document all right. I am not sure what the actuall problem is any help would be much appretiated. The following is the code

CODE:

 Dim Reader As XmlTextReader = New XmlTextReader("MyURL")
 
 Do While Reader.Read()
      ss = ss & Reader.Name
 Loop

And i have also tried this...

CODE:

Dim objXML as new System.Xml.XmlDocument
 
objXML.Load(MyURL)

Both return the same error.....

I am not sur what was wrong with this but instead i choose to use the IP address instead. This works a treat.

Hmmm, maybe the URL failed to resolve for some reason...
