Expat 1.95.8 released

We decided to release one more version before going to Expat 2.0.

The main reason was to add a rather useful new feature:

The parser is now *suspendable*. This allows for partial parsing
of a document without having to use a separate thread, and it makes
it also possible to build a *pull* parser on top of Expat.

Apart from that a few - mostly minor - bug fixes are included.

Check out http://www.libexpat.org

Python 2.3 comes with its own version of Expat. setup.py says it is Expat 1.95.2, but the code in Modules/expat seems to actually be Expat 1.95.6. It's really 1.95.6, right? -- Mike
