How can i make a project in visual studio for workflows.

so does that mean we can not have anything similer to workflows in powerpoint in silverlight without sharepoint and workflow foundation. i was thnking to have textblocks with different colors and coonect them together to form a workflow is it possible?

the only thing is i dont know what should i use in silverlight for example for charts we user <chart:charting element is there something which can be similer to text blocks in workflows and lines
I don't do Silverlight. Sorry. Windows forms for desktop applications, here.
I guess I just always presumed that it had standard controls like TextBox
