Example of Dublin Core XML for Audio/Video Collections

I run a small non-profit project that publishes audio and video
lectures online. Without explaining too much about the project, I'd
like to have an XML file that lists the latest 100 postings to my
online collection.

I've been doing some research to this end, and have come across the
Dublin Core spec's but am not clear as to how the elements are
actually implemented. Can someone direct me to an example showing a
collection of audio and video files?

Thank-you,

Davis Marques

Useful search terms are "Jane Hunter", "MPEG 7", "Harmony project",
"OAI (Open Archives Initiative" and maybe even "RSS 1.0"

You could start here

There's an awful lot of work around on this - don't re-invent wheels.

(Sorry I don't have time to give a fuller answer - I spent some
considerable time working in this field)
