Javadoc for XML schemas?

I noticed that the "annotation" and "documentation" tags allow you to
formally make comments that can be read by an application. My
question for the group is what sort of application do you recommend to
turn these elements into an HTML readable doc? It doesn't have to be
HTML -- any clean, readable format would do.

Thanks for any advice, - Dave

Check out xsddoc, which generates output very similar to JavaDoc.
