Debugger running under different user VS2008

hi all,
I m using a web service but i m geeting an error

- ex {"An error (Unable to read data from the transport connection: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt..) occurred while transmitting data over the HTTP channel."} System.Exception {System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException}


now i did talk about this to someone and he says that debugger is running under some different user. so u need to change the debugger settings so that it runs under you(user).

n.b: as i work in a company and i have my dedicated pc and only i can use it ,so how come it has more than one user.

I really dont know wheather this question makes sense but i have written what i have been told.

any help
