Parsing issue with Apache

I am experiencings a temporary parsing issue on a server running Apache
I am not sure of the version at this time. Here is what happens:

I code the XML files and have it refer to an XSL, which in turn refer
to CSS and Javascripts. These Styles and JS files are located in th
home folder. After making sure it is viewable offline, I upload it t
the server.

At this point, if I try to view the newly uploaded file, it gives a
error along the lines of:

Error processing XSL file..

or

End tage </bullet> does not match start tag <link>

So the first thing I did was make sure the XSL was being linke
properly. I have the XML refer to the XSL as "../../filename.xsl" an
as I said, it works fine offline.

The strange thing is that if I do nothing and wait about 10-20 minutes
the page suddenly becomes viewable if I refresh. It seems to me tha
Apache is not able to process the document until at least 10 minute
has passed.

Any idea what could be causing this
