How to change the colour of the particular part of an image

hai,
How to change the particular part i.e., closed surface like rectangle or circle in an image,
i want to change the rectangle colour inside my image using C#.net

load your picture into Bitmap object and use the SetPixel method
or get his Graphics object and draw whatever you need ... f.e. with DrawRectangle method;

i want to change the rectangle colour inside my image using C#.net
Basically, you can't change the particular portion say rectanlge color which resides in an image.An image will in a specific format(say jpg, bmp etc) each having its own representation. So, trying to find the text or rectangle which resides inside the image is completely different subject.
To summarize, you may draw new rectangle, but you can't replace the existing rectangle with another directly.
