Capture HTML to Image file

I am working on a project and need to capture HTML (as displayed in IE or Firefox) to an image file (such as jpg). I would like to know if anyone knows either how to do it directly in vb.net, or if there is a component I could purchase to accomplish this.
My project simply creates an HTML file with updated information - but then needs to display the page and create a jpg for display on a picture frame.
Suggestions?
I've done some googling - but no real luck with .net native components (found an activeX - would prefer to keep it all .net). Perhaps the lack of a control suggests there is an easy way to do it directly in .net.

Come over again if it should be handled in VB6, okay!
