Am having a couple of problems, popups and windows automatic updat

Started having problems with popups yesterday. Have the popup blocker set on
high. Have Trend Micro but it won't let me do a manual scan. Says it is in
use. Also the windows automatic update under services will not stay on
automatic. Keeps going to disabled even after hitting apply. If I do get it
to stay when I hit start it says there are no enabled devices associated wth
it. (error 1058) Can anyone help me?

You've been compromised by malware or a virus. Gather all the detailed
information you can, including exact quotes of any messages you get, and
details on what pop-uos you are seeing, then go find a forum that deals with
malware and/or viruses. This is a .NET programming group.
