Unable to load dll ".dll". The Specified module could not be found

i have received an "Unable to load dll ".dll". The Specified module could not be found " while running ASP.NET Web Page.

I have placed dll and supported dll in wwwroot\bin directory,but it is not working . Whether i have to reset IIS?........

Have you created a reference to it in your application? As you using VS?

Yes, I have already created reference to it. I have placed dll in wwwroot/bin also.

i can able to run aspx page without dll.But it is not working while using dll.

can u please tell me anyother method to use dll in ASP.net Web Application.

Suggest the reference to the dll is incorrrect or the dll itself has a problem. Have you used the dll elsewhere?

Yes I have used the dll in Windows Application ,it's working well. But When i am using the same in Web Application it showing the above mentioned error.

Whether i have to reset IIS after place the dll in bin directory.
