Implementing "Imediate Window" of Visual studio for a window form

Hi,

I want to implement the pinned behavior of an Immedidate window which can be observed while debugging a C# code.Can we do that?Can anybody help me in providing start up information for implementing it?

what do you mean by immediate window? My immediate window is always blank in visualstudio
