Xerces-C++ 2.2.0 DOMError::getMessage() not working

Hello,

I'm parsing an XML file and validating it against a schema. The
validation appears to work because I get errors when I invalidate the
XML file.

I can obtain the line and column numbers from the DOMError instance that
the error handler traps but I get empty strings when I try to get the
error messages.

Is there some property or feature that needs to be set in order for
messages to be included with errors?

Thanks for any help!

Ronald Klazar
