how to insert data into sql server form barcode reader

i develope a barcode program from that barcode is generated.but i just dont know how to insert data into sqlserver from the barcode reader.

i develope a barcode program from that barcode is generated.but i just dont know how to insert data into sqlserver from the barcode reader.

??? your program generates bar codes and also take bar codes from bar code reader, is it right? Anyway, the question is how to insert data into sql server --> using Insert command with value is coming from bar code reader.
Basically, bar code reader will scan a bar code and output a string of digits, I don't see of any problems of inserting it into database. Am I missing something here?
