Can only display desktop as web in XPMCE. Argh!

I just reinstalled windows and seem to remember being able to check 'view
desktop as web' but haven't the faintest clue where it is now. I've searched
desktop properties and gone through the control panel to no avail. Am I
blind? I hate desktop and menu icons as web icons. I may go insane. Please
help.
