MSDN 2008 not working properly

Dear All,

i have been facing problem while runing MSDN for VS 2008 locally on windows 2003 server

it is being installed problem but giving below error on execution

Check the security settings in IE.

The security settings by default are configured so that you cannot access external web pages it on Windows Server operating systems.
