Translation using Word Automation

How can I translate words from one language to another (say English to German) using MS Word proofing tools through MS Word automation in C# ? I want to give single word (or text) as input and get its translated word (or text) as output.

Have you tried looking at globalization? Maybe you could adapt something like this:

Globalization can only make my content visible in different languages but doesn't do translation. I want to accept a word from user (say in English) and provide its translated word as output (say in German).

Can you help me?
