Send stream to all connected client

Hi all !

Sorry for bad English !

I working in a project use C# and got a problem. I want use Socket through TCP, i had a server for receive data from one client and send this data to all connected client, but if each client connect with dynamic IP, i can't use multicast for send data to all client because reason above.

Please help me solve problem !
