c++ lib wince to smartdevice mfc? Or .net usable dll

2
similar questions have been asked buy this is slightly diff

I have a sdk from a hardware vendor, no documentation. I see a lib folder which has c++ header files and lib filed

Another folder with mfc stuff in it

Then samples written in win ce that make use of the lib in includes

I am guessing that my option is to create a dll project include those headers (in lib folder) and export the dll so that I can use dllimport in my smart device (win mobile app) and make calls...

Am I on the right path?

Also in vd2008 does anyone know if I Shd be using the smart device mfc dll? When I do that the wiz thrown in the win mob sdk and I can also see my hardware vendors sdk as a selectable option... If I pick their sdk on the smart device c++ mfc dll do I simply expose the functions?

For what I have seen, if you "install" the SDK to the correct place, you can choose to make a new windowsCE smart device project. Then from withen there you can select your device type that should come from the SDK?
