What schema documentation tool is this?

Hi all,
I'm looking for a tool to document our schemas in html form as a user
reference.

After wandering the web, there are several instances of schemas documented
with an output like this:
http://www.library.yale.edu/eac/eac_doc.html

Does anybody recognise this output? Or know the tool which produced it?

It certainly looks tidier than any of the xml schema documentors I was able
to find by googling.

I look forward to any experts out there chipping in..

Cheers,
Ian
