Crystal Report Missing *partial* Data Bug?

2
I am developing a reporting application using C# .NET, MS SQL, and Crystal Reports (This is the included crystal reports version within Visual Studio 08).

I am able to get what I want to work on my development computer and I have tested it on three other computers.

On one computer this problem arises:

When opening the report in a form (using crystal report viewer), the report shows perfect the first time. Then if opened again, parts of the header disappear. A few rows of pixels show in the header but the remaining pixels disappear.

This problem also transfers to the printer if printed to hard copy.

The only known difference in this particular computer is they do not have Visual Studio installed.

I would appreciate any help that you can offer.

Thank you

After posting this I had one last idea to test.

I went to the problem computer, and changed the default print to another printer. This seemed to do the trick. I then tried another printer and the problem came back.

There must be some incompatability issues with certain printer drivers and I am not sure why or how, but now at least, I know what.

At least this problem will now be posted on your board for future issues.
