Streaming video without waiting for it to be fully downloaded

ill expalin my problem first:
about using the streaming technique in delivering the video , which means;
split the video into parts , transmit these parts in succession and enable the receiver to decode and playback the video as these parts are received without having to wait for the entire video to be delivered (on pocket pc side: capturing video - encoding - storing - sending ) so the streaming in sending only :
i've problem in disply the video on the desktop as soon as the first packet is recieved
i made the capturing ,sending and receiving parts sucessfully but i couldn't make the streaming idea which means display the video as soon as the first packet is received without waiting the entire video to be downloaded
note
i use C# .
am waiting your reply
plz reply me as soon as you can . it's extremely important
sorry for bothering you
thanks again

I have also removed your post from the other thread you tried to hijack.

Try not to post your .Net questions in the PHP forum (or the HTML forum for that matter). You are not likely to get an answer from PHP experts about a C# problem, especially not in a thread that has been inactive for almost a year.

Usually for this I use Windows Media Services, but there are other options. I don't believe that you will get this to work through code alone.
