Two XML Files - One XLST Template

I have 2 different XML files, one with a SOAP header and one without.

I want to dynamically determine, within the XSLT, which file is using
the template and transform appropriately. Right now, I have 2
different XSLT files, one for each XML output, but would like to
maintain one XSLT if possible.

Is this possible? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Stan
