bug in docbook-xsl 1.61.2 ? chunking wont work ...

hi,

i think i found a bug in Welshs docbook-xsl:
i just tried tried to use the chunk.xsl. but saxon quits with this messages:

Error at xsl:variable on line 63 of file:/C:/FEY/dbxsl/html/chunk-code.xsl:
Error in expression
($div/preceding-sibling::div|$div/preceding::div|$div/parent::div)[last()]:
expected "<name>", found "div"

me or the code ... who s wrong?
