I haven't idea why Vista not showing the same like in XP?

I don't see what is the difference?
Everything looks fine to me. Only difference is the normal win2000 theme is displayed on the XP version and the Vista theme on the vista version. The theme is part of the users desktop settings.

the traffic light is not centered in vista and the font is kinda messed up.

I think that is the default font for vista, you could try decreasing size and making it some different style.

not too sure about the traffic light being centered, but you could try relating to position of the traffic light to the size of the window.

Ok I see the issues now.
It looks like the computation of where the right hand side of the window is, is being mangled somewhat, as you will notice all the controls slide off to the far right.
Is there some sort of child container that all the controls are in? Are they using the anchor property?

I saw the same thing (all off to the right) but noticed that everything seems to continue to center on each other correctly if you imagine a panel that the controls are on is wider than the Form. Maybe because of the change in font between the two OpSys.

Perhaps its a .Width value that's not right. So your container is wider than the Form that contains it.

Try changing the .Width property of the form to the .Width property of the container, plus 5 or 10 pixels.
