OK, but asking in this .NET programming group is unlikely to generate much
interest.
You need to find an OE group to post in. Here's how.
As you appear to be using a web interface: http://www.microsoft.com/communities...s/default.aspx
Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Windows. In Windows,
find the Outlook Express category . Open it and find a group for your
question.

From your error message , this seems to be due to problem with your
ISP, not
your email client - you need to contact your ISP - see this link
