Accessing web services from different domains

Hi,

From my site can i access a webservice which is in a different domain and
also vice versa (ie. if i create a webservice in my site can somebody access
it from different domain.)

I'm new to webservices thats y.

As long as the Web service is on a Web server that is publicly facing the
Internet, the Web service can be consumed by a Web service client
application. It doesn't matter if it's by domain or the public facing IP to
the Web site is known.
