Win App Datagrid Update Brings Form To Front

Hello,

I have an windows application using a DataGrid control and whenever the DateGrids datasource gets updated and the data rebinds the entire form is brought to the foreground. The application is made up of several forms and if the user is using a particular form we can not have the form with the DataGrid suddenly coming to the foreground. Is there anyway to stop the DataGrid from bring the entire form to the front. Thanks

I dont know about keeping it from coming to the front. It appears because it gets focus, you can send it the back and set focus to the original form to negate the effect.

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Form1.SendToBack();

Thanks for the response. Ya, I was hoping to avoid having to write a procedure to send the form to the back if the form doesnt have focus but it looks like ill have to.
